Number of Attempts

You have 5 attempts at the exam in order to pass. You are required to wait 30 days between test attempts. If you are not able to pass the exam after 5 attempts, you must apply and receive a TEA test-limit waiver before being allowed to retake the exam again.

You need to bring two valid, unexpired forms of identification in English. Check the TExES website for more information about identification requirements.
