What if candidates need more than one study guide?+
A monthly subscription includes access to all available 240 Tutoring study guides. Candidates do not pay separately for each exam title.
Can our faculty preview the study guides?+
Yes. The partnerships team can arrange a 14-day trial with access to instructional materials, flashcards, quizzes, and practice tests.
How do candidates get access?+
Your administrator dashboard lets you invite candidates by email. 240 sends the registration and getting-started instructions from there.
What candidate data can we see?+
Administrators can review individual score reports, time spent in lessons, flashcard and quiz activity, and group-level progress in one place.
Can multiple faculty members monitor progress?+
Yes. Programs can add administrator or observer accounts so advisors and faculty can invite candidates and review progress.
How long do candidates have access?+
Access is monthly, and your program can determine how long candidates remain active. The team can also help configure automatic deactivation windows.
What happens if a candidate does not pass?+
Eligible candidates are protected by the published 240 Tutoring Guarantee when they complete the requirements, reach the qualifying practice score, and meet the policy timelines.
