How the Exam is Scored

  • The state’s score requirement
  • Whether you passed the exam or not
  • The date you took the exam

Section 3 includes:

  • The test name and the categories on the test
  • The number of questions you answered correctly for each category
  • The average performance range for each category (the average score for all test takers on each category).

Retaking the Exam

If you don’t pass the Praxis School Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA) (6990) exam you can retake the test. However, you must wait 28 days before you can retest. You must complete the registration process and submit payment again to retake the exam.
